We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

UK orders usually arrive in 1-2 working days once dispatched.
International orders typically take 5–7 working days, depending on your location.
All orders come with tracking, which will be emailed to you once your parcel is shipped.

Can I wear my jewellery in water?
Most of our pieces are water-resistant, made with stainless steel and 18k gold plating.
To keep them looking their best, we recommend avoiding long exposure to water, sweat, and perfumes.
Is your jewellery gold-plated or gold-filled?
Most of our jewellery is 18k gold-plated over stainless steel, making it tarnish-resistant and perfect for everyday wear.
Some items may be gold-filled — full material info is listed on each product page.
Do you offer custom pieces?
Yes! You can create your own piece through our Charm Bar, where you can mix and match charms to design something personal and unique.
